我们支持以下付款方式:
网上银行 Internet Banking / FPX / Visa / Mastercard / Touch 'n Go & 其他电子钱包 / DuitNow

3. 我已下订单,下一步是什么?

所有订单将在 2 个工作日内处理(周末和公共假期除外)。

  • 巴生谷地区 (Klang Valley):我们将妥善包装并安排 Lalamove/Grab 进行点对点配送。
  • 其他地区 (Outstation):我们将使用泡沫箱和冰袋运送包裹,以确保包裹到达时新鲜。

您将在 1-5 天内收到包裹(以冷链合作伙伴的配送时间表为准)。我们的冷链合作伙伴将与您联系以确认配送时间。


All orders will be processed in 2 working days (excluding weekend & public holiday).
  • For Klang Valley area: We will pack it well & arrange Lalamove/Grab for point-to-point delivery.
  • For Outstation: We ship out our parcels with foambox & ice packs to ensure it is fresh upon arrival.
You will receive your parcel on 1-5 day (subject to cold chain partner delivery schedule). Our cold chain partner will contact you to confirm delivery time.
4. 外州运输费可以便宜吗?
Can the outstation shipping fee be cheaper?

外州必须使用冷冻运输,收费比起一般运输会比较高,并且我们需要另外增加保温箱和冰袋以保证食品新鲜度。但是我们有提供消费满额免运费的优惠。

Outstation shipments must be shipped refrigerated, which is more expensive than normal shipping, and we need to add additional foam boxes and ice packs to keep the food fresh. However, we do offer free shipping for purchases over a certain amount.
